Beginner - 6:00pm-6:55pm

Beginner

Beginner speed and agility will provide a unique introduction to biomechanics of running as well as introduction to agility which will introduce acceleration and deceleration principles. Attendees should be at the beginning stages of sports as well as athletes looking to better their athletic skill. 

Advanced

Advanced Speed & Agility clinic will provide enhanced bio-mechanics of running including body control and Gate enhancement. Core development which will enhance an athlete’s Force Generation as well as Plyometric principles which will define rapid body movement with change velocity. Attendees should be athletes with experience training at high levels of intensity.
