Rules & Regulations

WINTER 2025

Ages

7-9 (birth years 2015, 2016, 2017)
10-11 (birth years 2014 & 2013)
12-14 (birth years 2010, 2011 & 2012)

Age as of January 1st determines full calendar year eligibility.

Times

Weekdays: 5 PM and later
Weekends: 8:00 AM and later

League games are scheduled during school, religious, and national holidays.

Roster Requirements

Roster minimum requirements must be met by each team's first game. Teams are allowed to roster more than the required minimum. Roster additions cannot be made after game 5.

For teams playing in the 7-9, 10-11, 12-14 year old divisions the minimum roster size is 12 players.

Uniforms/equipment

All of the players on a team must wear matching jerseys with a permanent number on the back (no tape).
IF a team is wearing The Sports Arena jerseys, they are available for purchase - $25 per reversible jersey
Flag belts will be provided by the league for use during the game
A league ball will be used by both teams for all games
Ball sizes are:
- Ages 7-9 - Pee Wee
- Ages 10-11 - Junior
- Ages 12-14 - Youth

Practices

Practice days and times are not assigned by the league. The league offers turf time before 5 PM on weekdays, but coaches or teams must proactively schedule their own practices by calling The Sports Arena.

All coaches are volunteers. If you are interested in coaching, please let us know during the registration process. There is a blank text box to write any special request.
