Girls Flag Football League

• 6th-8th Graders play 7 vs 7
• 9th-12th Graders play 6 vs 6

Roster minimum requirements must be met by each team's first game. Teams are allowed to roster more than the required minimum.  Roster additions cannot be made after game 5. 

• Minimum roster size is 12 players.
• No substitute players permitted

• Weeknights after 5:00 PM

• All of the players on a team must wear matching jerseys with a permanent number on the back (no tape).  
• If a team is wearing The Sports Arena jerseys, they are available for purchase - $25 per reversible jersey
• Flag belts will be provided by the league for use during the game 
• A league ball will be used by both teams for all games   
  • A Junior size ball is the official ball size for the league.

Practice days and times are not assigned by the league. The league offers turf time before 5 PM on weekdays, but coaches or teams must proactively schedule their own practices by calling The Sports Arena.
